FAQs

Are consultations free?
Yes, consultations are free of charge but still need to be booked in (please call the salon on 020 3417 5723). It's highly advisable that you get one if you're not sure what type of service you require or if you have more complex queries about your hair.
Do I need a patch test?
If you're a new customer to the salon, it's highly recommended that you get a patch test done prior to any hair colouring procedure (ideally a week or 24 hours latest prior to the appointment). Should you wish to not get a patch test done, you will have to sign a waiver form to disclose that you're happy to move forward with the procedure at your own risk.
Do you offer colour corrections?
Yes, we only offer colour corrections upon consultation. This is because the hair stylist will need to analyse and discuss the possible challenges and outcomes of the hair depending on how complex its state is. Sometimes, a few colour correction appointments may need to be scheduled as it's not always possible to fully correct the hair in one go.
How often should I maintain my bleached/coloured roots?
The recommended time frame is generally 6 weeks. Extra charges may apply if roots are left untreated for a longer period of time due to the larger amount of regrowth that will need to be bleached/coloured.
I had highlights done 6 (or less) months ago. Can I go for a balayage now?
You need at least 12 inches of regrowth for a balayage (that is around 2 years). A colour correction will be needed if you want to switch to a balayage after having had your hair highlighted a few months before. In this case, you can call the salon to arrange a consultation for a colour correction.
Do you accept all payment types?
Yes, we accept all payment types except American Express.
Is there free parking near the salon?
