Business Profile

I am a Yoga teacher specialising in Pregnancy Yoga. Previously a professional dancer, in between dance contracts I searched for a way to keep healthy and flexible and found Yoga. The focus, clarity and inner strength required for this practice provided balance in my dance career.Inspired by my teachers, I completed my yoga teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India. As my practice deepened I found myself drawn to pre and post-natal yoga. I pursued this interest and earned my pregnancy yoga teacher certification with Sally Parks Yoga. I currently teach open level pregnancy, post-natal and mum and baby yoga, along with open level yoga flow classes in Orpington, Downe and Biggin Hill.
